What to expect
The泭program consists of 40泭courses泭which can be completed in approximately four泭years if taken on a full-time basis. Evening and daytime classes are held predominantly at the Interurban campus and the program can be taken on a part-time basis.
Year 1
In your first year, youll work through introductorylevel courses in accounting, finance, economics, and marketing. Exit the program now with a Business Administration certificate or continue on to Year 2.
Year 2
In your second year, you'll be taking courses in marketing research, creative selling, and entrepreneurship. Exit the program now with a business administration diploma or continue on to the bachelor of business administration.
Year 3
In third year, the marketing major allows you to broaden and deepen your marketing skills and knowledge and you'll be taking courses in sustainable marketing, global business strategies, public relations, and communication tools & media.
Year 4
For your fourth year of the BBA, you'll be taking courses in strategic marketing, project management, digital marketing, and advanced communications.
Co-operative Education option泭
Apply your classroom skills in the workplace and bring your workplace skills back to the classroom! When you engage in co-operative education, you get an early start on preparing for your career after graduation!泭 You will have the opportunity to alternate between full-time studies and full-time paid work where you can bring your applied learning classroom to life.
To participate in Co-operative Education, prior to your first work term you will need to successfully complete
- Eight (8) first year courses, with a cumulative泭GPA泭of 3.0 (C+), and
- the Career Development-Workplace Preparation Skills (CDEV-WPS) course
