Wednesday, Feb. 5, 6:30 a.m. Camosuns campuses are OPEN today. Classes and services are scheduled to run as planned.

Grounds crew have been working at Lansdowne and Interurban to spread salt and sand on parking lots, roadways and main walkways as conditions are icy. Please allow extra time when commuting, dress warmly and stay on cleared paths.

Information regarding BC Libraries Cooperative cybersecurity incident

On April 19, 2024, BC Libraries Cooperative experienced a cybersecurity incident. The Camosun Library uses the Sitkas Evergreen Integrated Library System, hosted by the BC Libraries Cooperative. It was determined that this was a minor breach that did not pose a serious risk to privacy. If you would like to learn more about this cybersecurity incident, see the update on the .

The most likely risk from this incident is that the emails accessed could be used to generate spam or phishing messages. If you receive a message that appears to be from the library asking for personal information, contact us at library@camosun.ca.泭
